Big-City Experience, Small-Town Caring
Our Philosophy
“I believe it is necessary to represent clients with your heart, and not just your head. I am personally involved and committed to my clients, their cases, and the legal issues involved.” — Mike Miller
“I believe that the essence of good estate planning is understanding and meeting a client’s goals in an efficient manner.” — Walt Kelly
“I am committed to being a strong advocate for my clients. I believe that it is in my clients’ best interests to use my experience, knowledge, and skill to resolve conflict and minimize adversity.” — Gary Clexton
Commitment. Experience. Caring. Trust.
Commitment to our clients forms the foundation of our practices. For example, we limit our personal injury practice to meritorious cases so that we can concentrate on fewer cases at one time and give each of those cases the dedicated attention they rightfully deserve. We choose not to operate as an injury case mill that takes on every case to walk through the door and relies on volume business.
Since 1959, we have been representing business and individual clients in contract and settlement negotiations, jury and bench trials. Our clients rely on our experience to give them the kind of quality representation they have come to expect.
We handle our family law matters require careful listening and precise execution in order to meet the client’s wishes and objectives. We carefully guide those involved through what can be a long and confusing process.
We strive to develop a high level of trust with our clients. We treat our clients with dignity and respect regardless of the issues they bring to us. We expect our clients to be honest and courteous with us. This mutual respect allows us to develop strong working relationships with our clients.
We are associated with Littleton Alternative Dispute Resolution, Inc., whose trained attorney-neutrals have helped parties resolve conflicts since 1997.
