CREDENTIALS
Before going to law school, Gary Clexton was a social worker and a public health educator for seven years. Since becoming an attorney in 1988, Gary has represented both individuals and companies in general commercial and civil lawsuits, including employment discrimination disputes, probate and estate disputes, bad faith insurance claims, contract disputes, civil rights, products liability, and selected brain injury cases. Before joining Miller & Steiert in 2002, Gary was a Shareholder at the Pendleton, Friedberg, Wilson & Hennessey law firm and a founding Partner at the King Clexton & Feola firm. Gary completed an extensive training program for mediators and has served as a private mediator and as a mediator for Jefferson County Mediation Services and Denver Probate Court.

Gary has been an AV rated attorney for over 10 years and in 2012 was selected by his peers as a Super Lawyer in employment law.
