Kassidy N. Roberts

Kassidy has been practicing law since 2022. She started her career as Colorado State Public Defender in Denver’s trial office. In this role, she had the opportunity to litigate multiple jury trials and represent hundreds of indigent clients facing misdemeanor criminal charges. Kassidy then became a Staff Attorney at Disability Law Colorado, a non-profit that advocates for the rights of people with disabilities across the state. Her practice primarily focused on disability discrimination in employment, housing, and public accommodations.

Kassidy attended law school at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she graduated second in her class in May 2022. While in law school, she spent two years in the intensive Civil Rights Clinic. In the clinic, she and her team litigated and ultimately settled a systemic disability discrimination case against the Colorado Department of Corrections.

Kassidy is passionate about fighting for justice and providing compassionate, high-quality representation to each of her clients. She enjoys being active, playing sports, traveling, and getting outside on a sunny Colorado day.
