What Is The Process For Getting Divorced When Children Are Involved In Colorado?

The process for getting a divorce in Colorado when you have children is exactly the same as the process if you didn’t have children. You will have to file a petition for dissolution of marriage and all the necessary paperwork in the county where you reside.
